Residential letting and property management

Over the last year, Welsh Property Services have developed an excellent property management and letting agency.  Although still in its infancy, we are hoping to expand this business for the Tywyn and immediate areas.  Our fee of one month's rent plus VAT includes:

• finding tenants
• checking references
• drawing up the legal documents (shorthold tenancy agreement)
• drawing up the inventory
• reading meters and sending all details to the gas, electricity, rates and water boards
• setting up standing orders for the rent
• all tenants must provide a bank reference and a month's rent in advance, plus the same amount as a deposit.

Management service

We take care of any maintenance / repairs required, renewal of leases or any problems that arise.  Our charge for this is 10% of the rent.
