Both properties have an elevated location and some of the finest panoramic views over to Bardsey Island, Barmouth and the Lleyn Peninsula I have ever seen, the views on a good day take your breath away!

The main house which we call the Farmhouse has a long drive to the front of the property with a garage and ample car parking areas and delightful terraces and gardens and the detached cottage has its own separate entrance, large car parking area and stunning gardens.

The cottage is presently let out for holiday lets with Visit Wales and has a three star rating and is a very popular cottage with an excellent income (accounts available).
